State Winners Declaration
State winners will be declared only if a minimum threshold of registrations per grade (Class 6 and Class 9) is achieved from a particular state.
This ensures that the competition remains fair, competitive, and representative of talent across that state.
In the event that the required minimum number of students from a grade in a particular state is not met, Youth Central reserves the right to:
Merge two or more neighboring states or states with similar participation levels, and
Declare a combined State Winner from that pooled group of students.
Example: If Maharashtra receives sufficient registrations, it will have its own independent state winners. But if Goa has fewer than the required minimum, then Goa’s participants may be merged with Maharashtra or another nearby state, and a common winner will be announced for the merged region.
This approach ensures that every deserving student gets equal opportunity to compete and be recognized, even if their individual state has limited participation.
National Winners Declaration
National winners will be declared only if there is a minimum number of state-level winners per grade across participating states.
For a balanced and fair national competition, each grade (Class 6 and Class 9) must produce at least a set number of State Winners.
If a particular state does not meet the minimum registration requirement (and is therefore merged with another), the merged group will collectively count as one state-level representation for national qualification.
Example: If at least X State Winners are needed nationwide per grade:
Maharashtra and Karnataka each have enough registrations → both send independent State Winners.
Goa and Daman do not meet the threshold → they are merged into a single group → this group sends one common State Winner.
Only when this overall minimum state representation per grade is satisfied will Youth Central proceed to declare National Winners.
This system guarantees that the National Championship reflects diversity and participation from multiple regions, while maintaining the credibility and competitiveness of the event.
Who Can Apply?
